Are you ready to take your software engineering career to the next level? We're on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help us revolutionize the logistics industry with cutting-edge technology and brilliant ideas.

Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing, maintaining, and supporting our software products. You'll be a key player in our leadership team, driving quality solutions across all phases of the software lifecycle. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:

• Quality Assurance: Craft unit and functional tests to meet or exceed project goals, minimize production escapes, and support user acceptance testing.
• User Experience: Collaborate with business and UX teams to design intuitive user interfaces and incorporate UX components into applications.
• Reliability & Response: Ensure our systems meet SLA standards, respond swiftly to on-call pages, and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Development Excellence: Complete stories with precision, conduct thorough analysis, and prepare technical documentation. You'll also suggest improvements to our development process and work with infrastructure services for seamless application deployment.
• Technical Leadership: Evangelize best practices, mentor peers and junior developers, and drive innovation in development, release, and operations processes.

What You Bring:

• Expertise: 7+ years of Java/J2EE Web Development experience, with proficiency in front-end, middle-tier, and backend technologies.
• Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with Angular, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Docker, Kubernetes, and more.
• Problem Solver: Strong ability to identify and resolve issues, mentor others, and communicate effectively.
• Agile Mindset: Experience with Agile methodologies and version control software like Git.
• Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS services like S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and more is a plus.

Education Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• AWS Developer or Solutions Architect certification is a bonus.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
